Program Analyst/SharePoint Administrator

KBR is seeking a Program Analyst/SharePoint Administrator to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. As a part of one of the world’s largest independent logistics organizations supporting both the US Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining an incredibly talented and experienced KBR Logistics team providing FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs. As a winner of the National Logistics Contract, the selected applicant will work within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO), which is composed of government, military, contractor, and industry personnel, while supporting FMS logistics projects. This position offers a hybrid work setting (3x a week in office, 2x a week remote).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the senior management information systems administrator with providing system administration technical support to the government. Develop and maintain multiple SharePoint databases, which will provide an automated information system of programmatic and technical information for administrative and information exchange purposes. Assists with a wide range of functions, including accomplishing system programming, development of code, assessment of coding effectiveness, and debugging. Provides program office analysis support. Participates in meetings and supports specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Controls the design, use, and configuration of large database systems as well as the global view of databases and access to the databases.Administrative, professional or other responsible work related to a broad range of fields including, but not limited to, personnel management, funds management, management analysis, procurement, contract management, data processing, travel, and office management. Coordination off a wide range of program related efforts including action item and risk database management, correspondence drafting, meeting coordination, recording meeting minutes, engineering change proposal review, CDRL development/review, drafting of SOW, and development/review of various briefings for the customer. Uploading of correspondence, enclosures, and reference material to SharePoint database as well as providing monthly calendar updates in support of schedules and meetings. SharePoint action item and risk database management, reviewing outgoing correspondence and providing feedback and guidance, developing and maintaining correspondence templates per correspondence manual requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Education & Experience (+Substitutions)
- BS/BA from an accredited US university or college and 0-3 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning.
- AA/AS from an accredited US university or college and 7 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning.
Technical Expertise/Skills:
- Experience with the Microsoft Office productivity suite, specifically Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Education and experience are contract requirements.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $81,820-122,000. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
