Agile Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to assist Delivery Drivers deliver Amazon packages. Driver Helpers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time.
Shifts range between approximately 10-11 hours per day.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Ability to maintain focus and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members of the public, coworkers, managers, and Amazon employees
- Ability to use electronic devices for route navigation and planning
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, despite potentially stressful events/conditions
- Ability to walk, lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, twist, and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours long
- Ability to individually lift, push, pull, and sort boxes and packages weighing up to 50 poundseach on a frequent basis
- Ability to individually and frequently maneuver packages weighing up to 70 poundseach, with the use of material handling equipment
- Ability to routinely maneuver and deliver packages weighing up to 300 pounds each as part of a delivery team
- Ability to climb up and down stairs frequently throughout the workday
- Ability to successfully handle and timely deliver customer packages
- Ability to timely report for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
General Responsibilities:
- Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers and general public while delivering products to customers’ homes, retail, and business locations
- Keep pace in physically demanding job
- Assist Delivery Driver sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer expectations
Work Environment
- Full-time hours consisting of 40+ hours a week (8-11 hours/day). There may be adjustments including, additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on time of the year and peak seasons and other factors

Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- At least 18 years of age
