Overview
Job Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee, optimize, and grow all ABM’s marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a candidate with experience in digital marketing, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline growth, using data and insights to shape our approach to paid media, SEO, social media, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, and email.
- Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to produce high-quality campaign assets and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop innovative campaign strategies and tactics that align with business goals.
- Oversee performance and accountability of agencies, making adjustments to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels in collaboration with the analytics team, using data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Utilize dashboards and reports from the analytics team to provide regular campaign performance reviews to share insights and results with the marketing and IG teams.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance data, aiming to increase conversion rates and overall influenced and generated pipeline.
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with finance and budget management teams to allocate spend and forecast performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and working with external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI and KPI achievement.
