Job Summary:
- Offer heat transfer related evaluation and consults in new product development, new technology development and value engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for heat exchanger design and performance validation in refrigeration system or electronic heat dissipation.
- Develop, manage and maintain specifications and guidelines for heat exchanger design.
- Assure all design and changes are qualified and implemented in accordance with TT standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or related degree and at least 3-year work experience with engineering role, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least CET 6 and capable to handle meeting with foreign engineers.
Key Competencies:
- Solid heat transfer theory with strong modeling and simulation on heat transfer mechanism.
- Prefer to have experience on software, such as Fluent, Icepak, CFX…
- Master on one computer language, such as VB, Python, C++
- Prefer to be familiar with pressure vessel code, such as ASME, PED...
- Knowledge on engineering excellence and capable to apply popular six sigma tools in design work, such as A3, FMEA, QFD, DoE and so on.
- Candidates should be result-oriented. He/she should manage time to drive progress aggressively by self.
- Strong performance on literature research and report. Keep track on latest academic progress on related industry.
- English capability is necessary.
