工作概述：
负责根据公司流程完成采购申请、跟踪邮件审批，负责PS系统内建立采购订单和跟踪系统订单进度，负责外购设备到货进
度跟踪反馈，负责项目进度付款申请、跟踪审批并反馈付款进度给申请人，及时完成采购数据归档整理工作，及时汇报项目
采购进度。
关键岗位职责：
- 负责下系统订单，跟踪订单审批流程，发送外部订单给供应商；
- 负责整理采购审批资料，存放公盘，及时登记当天的采购订单，维护供应商资料；
- 负责整理并提交采购付款申请资料，跟踪审批情况，对接财务部门核对付款；
- 优化项目采购成本, 根据采购申请进行询价比价议价；
- 领导安排的其他工作；
- 合规和职业道德。
任职资格:
- 本科及以上学历，管理类专业；
- 2年制造业直接或间接采购工作经历，暖通行业背景更佳；
- 工作积极仔细认真且高效；
- 具备有效沟通能力和主观能动性；
- 熟悉 MS office ERP Oracle, 学习上手能力强。
