Job Summary：
Responsibilities:
- Work with product management and application engineering to understand product requirements
- Develop control strategies and algorithms to meet or exceed product requirements
- Validate and verify control strategies
- Develop embedded software based on product specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required.
- Master’s Degree in Control Theory is strongly preferred.
- Working experience in developing control strategies and algorithms in HVAC is preferred, but new graduates with strong academic achievement will also be considered.
Key Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency with Matlab Simulink and Stateflow is required.
- Understanding with model based design processes and modeling & simulation of complex systems is required.
- Understanding of control system design. Classical control knowledge required (PID control, linear control, digital filtering). Advanced control knowledge preferred (modern control theory, model predictive control, non-linear control, adaptive control, fuzzy logic).
- Understanding of optimization techniques is preferred.
- Fluent English skill is preferred.
Or
- Understanding of control system design. Classical control knowledge required (PID control, linear control, digital filtering).
- 5+ years C /C++ development experience required but strong graduate candidates will be considered
- Strong coding skills with proven ability to write well documented, maintainable, and testable code.
- A genuine passion and interest in technology and software development with a thorough knowledge of best practices and new technologies.
- Fluent English skill is preferred.
