What does a successful Senior Project Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Senior Project Analyst, you will be a member of the Settlement Controls & Solutions (SCS) Division supporting the various business units of Cash Liquidity & Analytics, Reconciliation, Business Engagement, Exceptions Management, Audit & Compliance, Automations, and Digital Data. As a Business Alignment & Projects Sr Analyst, you will be integral to executing projects and enhancing business processes for the SCS division, ensuring quality assurance, and resource allocation. You will interact with stakeholders, reduce failure risk, maximize benefits and minimize costs. You will be an essential part in overall project planning, ensuring the highest quality standards for SCS processes.
What you will do:
- Strategically support PMO in overseeing, planning, and budgeting for a successful project.
- Maintain project, monitor project activities, and evaluate tasks, including costs and hours.
- Provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintaining current knowledge on regulations applicable to projects.
- Track and forecast information on project progress including metrics and challenges.
- Find critical activities and monitor critical risks to appropriate stakeholders.
- Analyzing project data and accuracy of overall reporting.
What you will need to have:
- 1+ years project analyst experience
- 1+ years experience with MS Office, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups
- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working in Fin-Tech organization
- Familiarity with Clarity, Jira, Confluence project portfolio software
- Knowledge of data analytics, e.g. Power BI, SQL
