What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Settlement Controls Solutions Product Manager, you will be responsible to develop and manage products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure settlement products meet market demands and customer needs. The products you will support will be complex, large-scale, high priority, and strategic driving new products for the settlement organization. You will work closely with Senior Director Program Management to report product status and KPIs.
What you will do:
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Analyze customer requirements and assist in creating product specifications and documentation.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
- Identify and mitigate product risks and issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to solution new business into settlement infrastructure.
- Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility and throughout the lifecycle.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years experience in Product Management
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office
- 6+ years’ of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working in Fin-Tech organization
- Familiarity with Clarity, Jira, Confluence project portfolio software
- Knowledge of data analytics, eg Power BI, SQL
