What does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Settlement Controls Solutions Project Manager, you will be responsible to deliver value by planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The projects you will support will be complex, large-scale, high priority, and strategic driving new products for the settlement organization. You will work closely with Senior Director Program Management to report project status and KPI’s to actively review performance of projects eliminating surprises and ensuring efforts are on track. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines and monitor project progress and report on status.
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Develop a strong partnership with key business stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery by planning, coordinating, and monitoring large scaled and budgeted projects.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to solution new business into settlement infrastructure.
- Manage the scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to encouraged outcomes.
- Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years experience in Project Management
- 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio and Power BI
- 6+ years’ of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working in Fin-Tech organization
- Familiarity with Clarity, Jira, Confluence project portfolio software
- Experience working with international region
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
