Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary
As an IT Support Intern, you will provide technical support to the organization's internal users of desktop applications and hardware. You will assist in answering questions related to procedures, transactions, system status, and interact with network services and application developers to restore service, usability, and identify problems. Under direct supervision, you will help monitor, respond, configure, install, and repair hardware and software problems according to established procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in providing technical support to internal users of desktop applications and hardware.
Help answer questions related to procedures, transactions, system status, and interact with network services and application developers to restore service, usability, and identify problems.
Assist in monitoring, responding, configuring, installing, and repairing hardware and software problems according to established procedures.
Help document common issues and their solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Help perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment.
Support the IT team in documenting processes and procedures.
Help follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Enrolled in any College/University in Kosovo, Computer Science program.
Proficient in English Language
On the 2nd or 3rd year of Study
A National or Legal Resident of Kosovo.
Verifiable college enrollment with GPA and current year of study
Basic understanding of IT support and networking concepts.
