What does a successful Senior Certification Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will be responsible for providing clients and stakeholders with a technical contact for their certification and integration onto the client certification platform.
What you will do:
- Manage client and internal team expectations meeting target dates.
- Ensuring all specifications and compliance mandates are met.
- Manage the overall certification and integration including discovery, specification review, and technical set up, issue resolution, product integration, network configuration and reporting.
- Review and consult on transaction scripts, format and responses based on transaction and payment scripting.
- Coordinate, schedule and plan resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Partner with network, production, and other resources to manage client or vendor tests, connectivity and go lives.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 2 years of merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience.
- Experience in working directly with clients, and internal/external resources.
What would be great to have:
- Tandem mainframe experience
- EMV experience
