Role Definition
MWM (Sr) proposal engineer is critical role for achievement of MWM Commercial Strategy to focus, in certain region of the world, on MWM direct business. Proposal engineer will be fully accountable for preparation of proposals, with focus on direct business and complex proposals (with BOP / Containers / Other incremental scope).
MWM (Sr) proposal engineer will work closely with Sales, Project Management, Project Engineering, Plant engineering, TSS Team, Procurement and Finance to prepare complex CHP proposals for MWM.
Responsibilities
Prepare complex proposals for CHP applications
Interact with Sales organization on customer requirements and specifications
Project Management on Risk & Opportunity matrix
Project / Plant engineering on BOP / Container solutions
Procurement / PSN on any interaction with 3 party Vendors
Finance on any payment related requirements
Ensure smooth management approval of all complex CHP proposals

Additional Information;
Required
Experience with gas motors (recip) or turbines
Minimum 3 years working experience in engineering or/and project management or/and proposal management
Business fluent English language (C2 or above)
Advantage
25-35% travel
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
