Objective: The Manager, MWR Services, is responsible for the complete operational oversight and strategic management of the MWR team, totaling approximately 35 employees. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, schedule adherence, success of all MWR Events and compliance with all organizational regulations. The Manager serves as a critical link between field operations and administrative reporting, with some interaction with the U.S. Government.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision:
Directly manage and mentor the MWR Supervisor and Two Lead personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Manage the daily activities and performance of the combined team of approximately 35 employees.
Ensure all staff adhere to established daily schedules, task lists, and safety procedures.
Operations & Reporting:
Oversee the completion, accuracy, and timely submission of all required daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Serve as a liaison with the MWR COR.
Maintain close coordination with the MWR Director’s schedule and Priorities.
Ensure operational compliance and service standards are consistently met across all functional areas.
Required Qualifications
Supervisory or management experience.
Full professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple tasks simultaneously.
A bachelor’s degree, with a Masters preferred or 2 years of experience per year of education.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
