Amentum is seeking a Configuration Manager Analyst lvl 3 for the Space Force Range Contract
Typical Duties
- Support baseline control of all delivered software and hardware configuration items and documentation.
- Control and analysis for both Hardware and Software baselines.
- Reviews all software and hardware change requests submitted for approval to ensure completeness and compliance to company specific guidelines and industry best practices.
- Perform audits on Configuration Items, document findings and develop and deploy necessary correction actions.
- Ensures compliance to the ECP, and Deviation processes in an electronic environment.
- Maintains revision and version control over multiple baselines being worked and/or fielded simultaneously.
- Ensures that existing change management and change control processes are strictly enforced throughout the development life cycle.
- Analyzes proposed product design changes (drawings, software version descriptions and installation instruction, software assembly structure, technical orders, interface control documents, configuration items) to determine the effect on the overall product’s baseline.
- Support the development, delivery, and customer review of program documentation/data deliverables and status accounting updates.
Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience at a professional level.
- 5 or more years’ experience in engineering documentation, product structure and change order experience in a Configuration and Data Management environment.
- Requires familiarization with programs such as; Microsoft Office and CM Tools/Product Lifecycle Management tools, etc. Understand simple to complex Engineering Change Proposals, configuration identification, and status accounting.
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Salary and Other Compensation
- The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This position may be eligible for bonus or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Compensation Details:
$65,000 - $85,000
