Payments Product Team Lead
Overview
The Payments Product Team Lead reports to the LAN Payments organization and is tasked with driving the development and growth of our current Issuing portfolio, as well as spearheading new product initiatives.
Responsibilities
As a Payments Product Team Lead, you will:
- Lead Product Analysts: Oversee and manage a team of Product Analysts focused on issuer processing solutions, ensuring workload alignment with business priorities.
- Leverage Comprehensive Knowledge: Apply a deep understanding of our solutions for Issuers to guide team efforts and initiatives.
- Position Fiserv solutions with Clients and Prospects.
- Develop New Products and Features: Support the development and enhancement of issuer processing solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory mandates. Oversee requirement gathering, functional solution design, and implementation.
- Evaluate and Recommend Improvements: Regularly review progress and outcomes, recommending changes to procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate on Sales Initiatives: Prepare sales materials and collaborate with commercial teams, providing consultative sales support to facilitate product adoption and sales.
- Serve as a Liaison between clients and the IT department, ensuring thorough and clear requirements.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in client initiatives by serving as the quality gatekeeper for implementations.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and effective communication regarding project progress, successes, and challenges both internally and externally.
- Provide Timely Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reporting to local and regional leadership.
