Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering appropriate banking solutions.
- Drive financial sales through proactive upselling of banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Assist customers with loan origination processes, including application review, documentation collection, and approval procedures.
- Manage customer accounts efficiently by processing deposits, withdrawals, debits & credits, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Support cash management activities such as balancing cash drawers, performing cashiering duties, and maintaining accurate records in financial software systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in financial sales, customer relationship management, or retail banking roles.
- Strong understanding of banking operations including loan processing, cash handling, and basic math skills such as retail math and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial software platforms and proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient transaction processing.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and security measures to safeguard customer assets.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to upsell products while maintaining trust and integrity.

Pay: $24.81 - $29.88 per hour
