Description:You will be the Subcontract Manager Staff for the Tactical Missiles Advanced Programs (TMAP) team. Our team is responsible for advancing missile and launcher technologies.

As the Subcontract Manager Staff you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage multiple major suppliers and oversee all phases of supplier performance.
- Support the development of missile and launcher technologies.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and other functional areas.
- Deliver superior outcomes that meet program objectives.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:• Experience managing complex DOD subcontracts
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Supplier Management Teams
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP /CAP and MFC Work Instructions
• Experience with procurement systems for purchase order creation and management
Desired Skills:• Verifiable domestic and international negotiations experience
• Experience with international suppliers, including import / export and ITC.
• Previous experience with Lockheed risk management.
• Previous experience working with a military customer.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
