About this Position
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and creating customer value within a high-performing, collaborative team. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer initiatives in close cooperation with technical and cross-functional teams. Through effective opportunity management, pricing execution, and performance tracking, you will ensure the achievement of defined sales targets and KPIs while contributing to the company’s long-term success.
What you´ll do
- Manage Adhesives Technologies sales operations within the Packaging Adhesives Business Unit, with responsibility for
- Paper Packaging, Tapes & Labels adhesive segments
- Drive achievement of strategic sales targets by developing new business opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth through a value‑based selling approach
- Coordinate and manage sales activities for the assigned customer portfolio
- Prepare and implement action plans to increase sales volume, profitability, and market share
- Manage and develop distributor relationships, ensuring both commercial and technical growth within the responsible area
- Conduct market analysis to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Deliver defined KPIs including KP, OSG, and PC% targets in the assigned territory and/or customer accounts
- Collaborate closely with global teams to support global key account management and contribute to new product development projects
- Travel across Turkey as required to support customer trials, business development activities, and market analysis
