Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product architecture integration activities and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts and how to represent concepts in DODAF type architectural diagrams. The candidate will also understand federal contracting rules and regulations and be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, business process re-engineering and how that relates to architecture is essential.
Internal Responsibilities

- Work with cross-functional team to develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts which are valuable to Leadership, Development, Testing, and Sustainment of a myriad of integrated systems
- Ensures work products meet or exceed quality requirements and adherence to standards
- Monitor and controls work, anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible
Top skills or competencies to be successful:
- Hands on experience with cross functional teams leading the Enterprise Architecture facet of the effort.
- Exceptional ability to work with people to understand interface needs and subsequently define, develop and maintain appropriate architecture artifacts
- Communication, team building, coaching
- Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
- 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

- DODAF or other modelling tools
- Cerner (Oracle Health) Systems
- HL7
- Security and Connectivity concepts (ports, protocols, Security boundaries)
- Visio or other visualization software

Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
Required travel up to 25%
US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
