Amentum is seeking a Project Coordinator for multiple OCONUS locations contingent upon award. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting projects of significant size, scope, and complexity. This position involves coordinating projects, providing systems integration support, and facilitating a variety of administrative support activities. The Project Coordinator will ensure that project documentation is maintained and deliverables are met according to customer requirements. The role demands a solid understanding of office routines, Microsoft applications, and work management systems.
Essential Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Coordinate and support projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Documentation Management: Review and maintain project documentation, ensuring it meets the required standards before delivery to customers.
Administrative Support: Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties, understanding office routines and organizational processes.
Systems Integration Support: Provide general systems integration support to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Public Works Support: Facilitate work management support, including service order dispatching, report coordination, and work order activity management.
Communication: Edit and refine documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Experience: At least five (5) years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Organizational Skills: Ability to perform clerical duties with a comprehensive understanding of office routines and organization.
Systems Aptitude: Aptitude to grasp work management systems and other applicable applications related to the office's work.
Security Clearance: Possession of a TS security clearance at the start of the contract.
