Overview
Lead the Billing Department, ensuring all billing processes are efficient and accurate; partnering with the Billing Account Support Services (BASS) leads to ensure Operations and Customer needs are met with the highest standard, always supported by ABM's Service Culture.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that billing activities are executed under SOX controls
- Mentor and supervise Billing Managers
- Collaborates with the BASS Team, Collections, and when required, Operations and FP&A
- Provide exceptional customer service, aligned with the OWN it behaviors
- Develop, implement, measure, and communicate the relevant KPI's for the Billing process
- Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is always present across all levels of the Billing Team
- Participate actively in any project transformation related to Billing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required.
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in Billing or Accounting
- 5 years minimum SOX experience
- 7-10 years minimum experience with JDE or OFC
- Six Sigma preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite
