HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Flex PLM system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development lifecycle. This position will focus on leveraging Flex PLM’s capabilities to streamline processes across merch, product design, technical design sourcing etc. This position will play a key role in ensuring that our PLM system is aligned with business objectives, helping improve workflows, and maintaining the integrity of product data.
Flex PLM System Administration & Support:
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Flex PLM users, ensuring minimal disruptions and resolving technical issues quickly.
• Work closely with the IT offshore development and business teams to ensure the system aligns with operational goals and integrates effectively with other enterprise systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing) to map out current workflows and identify areas where Flex PLM can streamline or automate tasks.
• Analyze business processes and propose Flex PLM solutions that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve cross-departmental collaboration.
• Develop and maintain documentation on Flex PLM configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across the system, including product specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), tech packs, and other critical product information.
• Collaborate with the IT team to test and implement system updates, new features, and enhancements within Flex PLM.
• Stay current with the latest Flex PLM releases and trends in the product development space, recommending new functionalities or improvements to the system.
Training & User Support:
• Deliver training to end-users, including designers, merchants, product managers, and sourcing teams, on best practices for using Flex PLM.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure users are fully utilizing the system’s features, including conducting refresher training sessions as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Flex PLM-related inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and concerns.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: (REQUIREMENTS SECTION)
Must have:
• Hands-on experience with Flex PLM software, including knowledge of product development, sourcing, and production workflows within the platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Flex PLM.
• In-depth knowledge of Flex PLM configuration, workflows, and data management practices.
• Proficient in creating detailed system documentation, reports, and user guides.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills and experience:
• 3+ years of experience with Flex PLM administration, configuration, or business analysis, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Fashion Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Role is based in our Buckhead office location with opportunity for a hybrid onsite/remote work format
• Normal office environment with limited travel
