Overview
Essential Functions:
- Identify and develop potential Korean Manufacturing Facility Service Contracts and projects by actively participating in activities such as networking, lead generation, and qualification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that align with client objectives and concerns.
- Utilize your technical expertise to deliver compelling presentations to existing customers, with support from our ABM manufacturing Facility Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Work in tandem with vendors and internal departments to promptly provide accurate quotes to customers.
- Overcome objections through effective communication, emphasizing agreements, and resolving differences in a constructive manner.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive scope solutions for customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, active prospects, and sales forecasts within Salesforce.
- Take ownership of customer-centric solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and handle other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience of proven Account Management/Project Management experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Korean, coupled with a deep understanding of corporate culture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high motivation, and a professional demeanor.
- Independent worker in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Aptitude for coordinating with Operations Teams, meeting deadlines, and effectively guiding teams to ensure consistent performance.
- Preferred locations: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX

- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Salesforce or another CRM.
- Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com (or similar CRM).
