What does a successful Tech AI Product Strategy Sr Advisor I do at Fiserv?
As an AI Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI products. You will be highly organized with strong time management as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful development and delivery of AI solutions that meet both business objectives and customer needs.
What you will do:
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and goals for AI-driven products.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap with key milestones.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX/UI designers on product development.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by working with UX/UI designers.
- Plan and execute product launches with marketing and sales teams.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on user feedback and data.
What you will need to have:
- 4-year college degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 9+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI-driven products.
- 3+ years of experience with SDLC and project lifecycle, including AI technologies such as IVR and Chat GPT.
What would be great to have:
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience with Machine Learning Platforms: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn.
- Experience with Big Data Platforms: Hadoop, Spark, Databricks.
- Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI for deploying AI models and services in the cloud.
- Experience with Data Warehouses: Snowflake, Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data science principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products on time and within budget.
Important about this role:
- This position may require 30% travel to Fiserv offices.
