What does a successful VP of Prepaid Operations do?

What you will do:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement, reducing costs and improving quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive operational enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive operational processes to support new product launches and enhancements.
- Enhance the client experience by streamlining operations and delivering superior service.
- Leverage technology to improve operations and solve operational challenges.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management with proven track record of implementing operational improvements and efficiencies.
- 10+ years of experience managing teams.
What would be great to have:
- Experience in the prepaid or card industry, including credit and debit card services.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Advanced certifications in operational management and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act upon complex data.
- Experience in project management, particularly in fast-paced financial environments.
