The Corporate Analyst Program at Fiserv is designed for recent graduates who are looking to jumpstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This program offers valuable hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work with experienced professionals across the enterprise. Participants will engage in rotational assignments, receive mentoring, and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within Fiserv. The program spans 2-2.5years and consists of two structured assignments within one specific job track. Analysts will have opportunities to contribute to significant projects and gain exposure to senior leadership.
Project Management Analyst
What does a successful Project Management Analyst do? A successful Project Management Analyst at Fiserv supports the coordination and management of business projects. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while working closely with our project management team.
What you will do:
- Assist in planning and coordinating business projects.
- Support project teams in tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Participate in project meetings and documentation efforts.
- Help identify project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
What you will need to have:
- Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program and/or equivalent military experience.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- 0-2 years of previous work experience.
What would be great to have:
- Previous internship experience.
- Majors such as Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
