This is an exciting opportunity to help small and medium-sized businesses discover, onboard, and run their business through Clover. The Customer Engagement team is responsible for helping our merchants attract, retain, and engage customers through powerful loyalty programs, marketing tools, and features to enhance their relationship with their customers. As a Product Manager at Clover, you will be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end merchant experience to drive deeper engagement throughout the merchant lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining product vision, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Customer Engagement and drive merchant adoption and usage.

What you will do:
Be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end merchant experience across multiple platforms (device, web and mobile) to drive deeper engagement throughout the merchant lifecycle:
Define and manage the product roadmap & backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
Analyze user requirements and write user stories – clearly communicating requirements with relevant internal teams
Lead sprint planning and communicate requirements to the team, ensuring product delivery through entire SDLC
Coordinate with the release management team to deploy features and updates
Identify and validate opportunities through research, data analysis, and user feedback to continually optimize the experience
Create a narrative that can clearly articulate the problem statement, hypothesis, and expected outcomes, against key metrics
Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Support to define a go-to-market strategy for key initiatives
Assist in building business cases (including opportunity sizing and financial analysis) to define, evaluate and help prioritize competing opportunities
What you will need to have:
7+ years of work experience in Product Management roles working with Engineers and Designers, with a particular focus on building web software products in an agile environment.
Experience driving user growth and engagement through experimentation, iteration, and learning.
Experience optimizing UX flows and thinking through growth strategies that minimize drop-offs.
Experience with conversion optimization, marketing attribution, A/B testing, and experimentation, and a strong track record with search engine optimization.
