About the position:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role as the organizational brain behind our Photoneo sales operations. Working closely with an Outside Sales Representative and an Application Engineer, you will drive the development of our designated sales area. Together, you will form a cohesive unit, each leveraging the other’s strengths to achieve outstanding sales results and seamless customer experiences. You will work directly with robotic system integrators and machine builders, while also jointly managing relationships with our distribution partners to maximize market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Collaboration: Build a strong partnership with the Outside Sales Representative, combining your organizational expertise with their field insights to maximize sales outcomes. Together with the Application Engineer, you will deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to robotic system integrators, machine builders, and distributors, ensuring that each partner’s unique needs are met effectively.
- Customer Service and Care: Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries within your sales area. Manage a variety of requests, from general product inquiries to specific post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely solutions for both direct customers and distribution partners.
- Sales Process Support: Drive the sales process from start to finish, covering lead qualification, proposal preparation and follow-up, and pipeline management. Support seamless sales activities for direct clients and distributors alike, fostering relationships that enhance both immediate sales and long-term growth.
- CRM and Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information, sales reports, and pipeline tracking in the CRM system, providing the entire team with the insights needed for informed decision-making across both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Distributor Coordination: Work in tandem with the sales team to manage distributor relationships, aligning on sales targets, co-developing strategies, and coordinating communications to ensure optimal performance and market coverage.
- After-Sales Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales requests, managing communication and coordination to ensure a high-quality customer experience across the direct and distributor networks.

- Conversational Spanish is a plus.
