We are seeking a Construction Director to lead physical construction execution across the Wisconsin regional data center portfolio. This role is responsible for driving field execution, contractor performance, construction productivity, sequencing alignment, logistics coordination, and recovery execution across active projects.
The Construction Director provides regional construction leadership to ensure sites operate efficiently, trades flow without unnecessary congestion, contractors execute predictably, and construction turnover supports downstream commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
This role requires a strong field presence across active projects, with expected onsite engagement of approximately 60%–80% depending on project phase, execution needs, and recovery priorities.

Required Skills and Experience
