LCV EUCOM Poland: Quality Assurance Specialist - Contingency
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Quality program.
- Provide specialized technical expertise in various aspects of quality, including inspection, testing, training, statistical methods, audits, and problem-solving.
- Develop inspection reports.
- Recommend corrective actions and ensure that our products and processes align with contractual requirements and quality standards.
- Provide specialized technical support in quality-related areas, including inspection techniques, testing methods, and statistical analysis.
- Assist in organizing and delivering quality training programs to team members and staff.
- Participate in quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize quality tools and principles to contribute to problem-solving and assessment efforts.
- Generate inspection reports to document work area conditions and ensure compliance with requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Requires at least 3 years of quality auditing and inspection experience (industry specific experience is preferred.)
- Must have experience with the implementation of corrective and preventive action programs.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Management.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a valid Passport with at least 18 months of validity.
- Requires a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certifications are an advantage including ASQ, Lean and Six Sigma, Project Management, or similar.
Candidates must meet visa and or work permit requirements for the country of assignment to be considered and eligible for employment.
