Job Summary:
In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in managing recruiting activities and fostering relationships with candidates, often serving as their first point of contact with Amazon. Supporting some of the most technical divisions within the company, including Digital Technologies, Web Services, and Infrastructure teams, you will leverage your organizational skills and effective communication to enhance the candidate experience. Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers.
- Arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
- Update candidate records in recruiting systems accurately.
- Meet candidates during on-site interviews and provide a welcoming experience.
- Keep recruiters informed of any candidate issues and provide timely follow-up correspondence regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and generate candidate status reports for recruiters.
- Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials.
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with all levels of the organization and external candidates.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues independently.

- High level of accountability and personal judgment, particularly in handling confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting coordinator experience or equivalent is required.
- Scheduling experience is highly desired.
- Background in reception, customer service, or coordination is a plus.
