Overview
The Facilities Administrator provides administrative support to the Account Lead and assists with day-to-day account operations. This role supports service coordination through work order tracking, scheduling support, follow-up, reporting, and communication with customers, service providers, and internal teams. The position requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to support smooth account operations.
Pay: $27 – $29 per hour (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Account Lead
- Assist with tracking and coordination of open work orders
- Support scheduling, dispatch follow-up, and service updates
- Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal teams regarding open items and service needs
- Maintain records, reports, and routine account documentation
- Prepare weekly updates and support follow-up from recurring calls
- Assist with system updates, paperwork, and general account coordination
- Support timekeeping and attendance tracking for payroll processing
- Escalate unresolved service or process issues to the appropriate manager when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Administrative, customer service, coordination, or dispatch experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on open items
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in approach
- Facilities, maintenance, or service-related experience is helpful but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
